Thank you for choosing Norphem. We want every order to arrive quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship and how long it takes.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped, including a tracking number when available.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–10 business days
- International (selected countries): 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs inspections, and high-volume periods such as holidays or promotional events.
Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.
- Shipping rates for other destinations are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@trynorphem.com.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Norphem is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update the details before the package leaves our warehouse.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, building managers, and your local postal carrier first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will help you open a claim with the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please email us at support@trynorphem.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product, and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your order total.
